Hi, I’m Eunice KS (she/her) — a Korean American daughter of immigrants, somatic healer, speaker, coach, and mother.

I support First Gen women of color, daughters of immigrants, and cyclebreakers on their journeys of reconnecting with the ancestral wisdom of their bodies, reclaiming their creative birthright, and expressing their truth freely and fully.

For so long, I felt like I couldn’t speak my truth, or express myself.

Growing up as the eldest daughter in a Korean American immigrant family, I spent many years holding back my feelings and expressions. I didn’t want to burden anyone, and I was busy surviving and focusing on achieving “security” and “success” first.

I felt muted and frustrated, as I desperately wanted to express myself creatively and feel seen for who I am inside.

Over the years, I learned that I was following a pattern of 5+ generations in my maternal lineage, suffering from repressed feelings and suppressed expressions.

My mother’s wildest dream was to become an opera singer and share her voice with thousands of people in grand, golden opera theaters–but she gave it all up when she was pregnant with me.

My grandmother was born into a colonized Korea and was forced to give up her language and name. She was 12 when the Korean War erupted.

I understand now, why they repressed their expression and their voice: to survive.

In 2015, I felt a strong gravitational pull back to my homeland of Korea. There began my somatic healing and ancestral remembrance journey.

Finally, after years of feeling suppressed and uncomfortable in my expression, I began to uncover and unblock the blockages that were keeping my creativity locked up.

I started working with a public speaking coach. I joined trainings, courses, and programs to equip myself with the concrete tools to share my voice.

But it wasn’t until I also felt spiritually nourished, connected with my ancestors, cultivated trust in my body that I truly began feeling FREE to express my true essence and embodying the powerful, confident, creative speaker that has always been within me.

Today, I support First Gen women of color, daughters of immigrants, and cyclebreakers on their own mind-body-spirit journeys of unblocking their voice and creative expression.

During a breathwork ceremony, my great-grandmother spirit told me…

Go be free.

Go be free.

Go be free.

For all of us who weren't able to, and for all the generations that will come after you.

What I’ve come to realize is that by liberating my voice, I am liberating the voice of my mother, my grandmother, my great grandmother…and the generations that will come after me.

By unblocking your expression and speaking your truth, what generational impact will you unlock for your lineage?

Through somatics, ancestral healing, and public speaking tools, I help you reclaim the creative power of your voice and share your magic freely and fully.

My coaching approach integrates 10+ years of experience, including:

  • Public speaking

  • Somatic embodiment & regulation strategies
